Shipping & Order Policy

At AAYANCO ECommerce, we aim to deliver your products as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping and order-related policies below.

Order Processing Time

Once you place your order, please allow 2–3 business days for processing and production before shipment. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Time

Shipping times vary based on location and service provider, but the average delivery time is 5–10 business days after processing.

Note: While we strive to meet these delivery estimates, unexpected events such as weather conditions, public holidays, customs delays, or carrier disruptions may impact delivery timelines. These circumstances are beyond our control, and we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it with no penalty.

To cancel, send us an email with the subject line “CANCEL” along with your order number.
If your order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, and the item will need to be returned once received (if eligible under our return policy).

Incorrect Shipping Address

If you entered an incorrect shipping address:

Immediately reply to your order confirmation email with the correct address.
You can also email us directly within 24 hours of placing the order.

After 24 hours, we may not be able to change the address if the item has already been processed or shipped.

Damaged Items

All items are carefully packaged with protective materials. However, on rare occasions (approx. 1 in 1000), damage may occur during transit.

If your item arrives damaged:

Please contact us within 7 days of receipt.
Include your order number and a photo of the damaged item in your message.

We’ll promptly send a replacement at no additional cost.
